Pre Natal Classes

These classes were designed with our hot Mumma’s and Mumma- to-be’s in mind. Classes suitable for strengthening and toning while working on reducing stress on the joints and low back. Our pre-natal classes are suitable for all fitness levels and experience. The class is available for those looking to get pregnant, are pregnant or post pregnancy.

Focussing on strengthening key areas necessary for happy, healthy pregnancies and beyond, the pelvic floor, abdominals, upper and lower back. Pilates can overhaul the way our body deals with the changes associated with pre pregnancy, during pregnancy and after.

Mums and Bubs Classes 

Classes just for our young families? Yes Please!

Our Mum’s and Bub’s class is a general class, available to all fitness and experience levels, designed for parents to bring along a child either restrained via pram or wrap and still get a great work out.

Pregnancy and post pregnancy friendly, these classes look after strengthening the pelvis, spine, abdominal muscles and upper back, especially important for lifting and carrying children.

Limited spaces in these classes to ensure maximum results and safety for our bubs.
