After Abacus pushed the boundaries of the Melbourne dining scene on Chapel St, Owner Dylan Whitmore and co-owner and head chef Chris Connolly are excited to bring Abacus All Day to the East.

Abacus All Day will has a laid-back café vibe for breakfast, serving up inventive brunch classics and plenty of freshly baked bread made by the team onsite at Chapel St. Caffeine enthusiasts will love their Nitro Coffee and unique collaboration with coffee gods St Ali. In the evening Abacus transforms into a bar and restaurant where diners can feast on shared plates and enjoy cocktails, craft beer and wines.

Searching far and wide for Australia's best produce, they continue to cement relationships with Victoria's best farmers and artisan producers to collaborate on a menu that showcases seasonal and quality ingredients.

Inspired by Dylan Whitmore’s hometown in northern NSW, Abacus All Day has a tropical, relaxed feel while retaining an urban and contemporary Melbourne edge. The site has been transformed by interior architects ST | YLE, plus artwork by Melbourne street artist Adnate.
