First constructed in 1967, Q.I.C. purchased Eastland Shopping Centre in 1996 and has since implemented significant changes to enhance the shopping experience for members of the local community and beyond.

The most recent development was completed in late 2002 which saw the expansion of our retail offer to include 230 specialty stores, 9 mini majors and 7 majors. Currently a three storey precinct with multi level and undercover parking, future access to Eastland is going to be greatly enhanced with a new tollway and further developments, integrating it as the prominent retail destination of the Outer Eastern Suburbs.

Nominated in the Melbourne 2030 Strategy as 1 of 13 Victorian Transit cities, Eastland's light filled atriums highlight superior finishes and Centre presentation as well as providing customers with a comfortable and relaxed shopping experience. With such high standards of interior excellence, it's no wonder Eastland Shopping Centre is everyone's favourite place.
